Instructions

- Prepare the Calcium Bath: Dissolve calcium lactate in 2 cups of water in a wide bowl.
- Create Popping Boba: Using a dropper, drop the watermelon-alginate mixture into the calcium bath. Let sit for 1–2 minutes until it forms a gel-like skin. Rinse in cold water.
- Store and Serve: Store the popping boba in watermelon juice until ready to use.
