Description

These Wichita Chicken Sliders are perfect for any occasion, from family dinners to game day parties. Baked to golden perfection, these sliders are packed with tender chicken, creamy mayo, and flavorful seasonings, all sandwiched between soft buns and melted cheese.

For the Chicken Salad:

  • 1 pound cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

For Assembly:

  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
